In the context of the new economic normal,promoting the process of new urbanization,optimizing the industrial structure and promoting coordinated economic development are the only way to achieve healthy economic development and sustainable growth.At the same time,as China is in the middle stage of industrialization,the level of urbanization is low and the pressure of industrial transformation is high,which puts forward higher requirements for the evolution of industrial structure.The industrial structure directly affects the quality of economic growth,and the two affect and promote each other.Therefore,a more in-depth exploration of the relationship and linkage effect between new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth has important theoretical significance for promoting the process of new urbanization,optimizing and adjusting industrial structure and realizing high-quality economic development.This paper focuses on the relationship and influencing factors among new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of research,so as to provide theoretical support and policy reference for the development of new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth.Research on the relationship between new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth.Firstly,five dimensions are selected: new population urbanization,new economic urbanization,new spatial urbanization,new social urbanization and new environmental urbanization.13 indicators are used to measure the development level of new urbanization.The dimensions of 13 indicators are reduced by global principal component analysis to obtain the new urbanization index.Then,the entropy weight method is used to synthesize the rationalization index and advanced index of industrial structure,and then the industrial structure index is obtained.Finally,through the construction of PVAR model,the relationship between new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth is obtained by using GMM estimation,impulse response diagram,variance decomposition and other process analysis.The research shows that the relationship among new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth is not a single promotion relationship,but a circular unity of mutual promotion and interaction.Research on the influencing factors of the coupling development of new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth.Firstly,because new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth are a circular and unified whole with obvious coupling characteristics,the coupling analysis of new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth is carried out through the coupling coordination degree model.The research shows that: from the perspective of the whole country,China has gradually developed from the mild imbalance and recession in 2006 to the primary coordinated development level in 2020,but the degree of coupling coordination still has a lot of room to improve;From the perspective of the four regions,the coupling and coordination degree of each region has obvious regional differences.The coupling and coordination development degree of the four regions presents a decreasing development pattern of "eastern region >central region > northeast region > western region".Then,by constructing Tobit model,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the coupling system of new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth.The results show that government capacity,technological progress,foreign direct investment,population growth and education level have a significant positive role in promoting the coupling system of new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth;In addition,there are obvious regional differences in the influencing factors of the coupling system of new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth.Therefore,we should take the new urbanization,industrial structure and economic growth as the starting point,keep pace and develop in a coordinated manner.Any unbalanced development will inhibit the development of the other two.At the same time,we can promote this cycle from the outside by improving government capacity,technological progress,foreign direct investment,population growth and education level.In addition,it is also necessary to implement policies according to the situation of each province,so as to adjust measures to local conditions and have a definite aim.
