Research On The Economic Development Basing On The Coordination Between Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization

The "new normal" of China’s economy proposed at the APEC meeting in 2014,Xi Jinping pointed out that China’s economy was growing from high-speed to medium-speed,and the economic structure was continuing to optimize and upgrade,and was changing from factor driven to innovation driven.This also means that China’s extensive mode of economic growth will be gradually replaced.While China is eager to find new driving force for economic growth,then "the new type of urbanization" has been emphasized.The speed of urbanization in our country is very fast.By the end of 2016,our urbanization rate has reached 57.35%,which has reached much higher level.While in recent years,the speed of urbanization has slowed down relatively.Although the speed of urbanization in our country continues to improve,there are many problems in the process of urbanization,for instance,the urbanization quality is still at a poor level and the speed of urbanization do not match quality of urbanization.With the emergence of the "new urbanization",it indicates that China began to emphasize on the quality of urbanization,and the "new urbanization" means the human-oriented urbanization which supposed to realize the harmonious development of urbanization with population,land,economic and environmental,and truly transfer the migrant workers lifestyle,so that they enjoy the equal social welfare with the urban population and it helps narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.In March 2014,the State Council promulgated the "new national urbanization plan(2014-2020)",which defined the direction of the development of new urbanization,guiding China to improve the quality of urbanization and providing impetus for economic development under the new normal of China’s economy.Our country needs to realize coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization,however,population urbanization and land urbanization develop at a different speed in our country,the land urbanization developed much faster than the population urbanization.The realization of the new urbanization will promote China’s economic development,and what is necessary is that guarantee the coordinated development of population and land urbanization.This paper based on the perspective of the degree of population urbanization and land urbanization development,and analyzed the coordination of them and the impact they make on economic,qualitatively and quantitatively.Firstly,the author establishes the research ideas drawing on the existing papers.Secondly,define the population urbanization,the land urbanization and the new urbanization,then comb the process of urbanization development in China,which provide the basis for the study of the following issues.Thirdly,the author find the reason of the mismatch between the speed of population urbanization and land urbanization development and the relationship between economy development and urbanization,then comb the effect of the coordination in population urbanization and land urbanization on economic development.Fourthly,adopting entropy weight the level of population urbanization and land urbanization.Fifthly,the author builds the model about the coordination in population urbanization and land urbanization,the result shows that though the coordination in population urbanization and land urbanization has been improving,they are still in preliminary coordination.Lastly,the panel data model of the coordination in population urbanization and land urbanization to economic development constructed,and the influence is analyzed.And discovers that every coordination between population urbanization and land urbanization increased by 1%,the per capital GDP will increase by 8.68%;every 10000 college full-time teachers increased by 1%,the the per capital GDP will increase by 42%;per capita investment in fixed assets increased by 1%,the per capita GDP will increase by 22%.The results show that there is a long-term stable relationship between the coordination in population urbanization and land urbanization and economic development To achieve economic development through urbanization,the first thing is to improve the coordination in population urbanization and land urbanization.In new normal of China’s economy,urbanization is an effective way to promote economic development when the quality of urbanization in China has been continuously improved,and the urbanization of population and the urbanization of land have developed in a coordinated way.In summary,this paper makes the following recommendation:firstly,break through the plight of the two yuan household registration system,and realize the population lifestyle accord with urbanization;secondly,deepen the reform of the land system and realize and production efficiency accord with urbanization;finally,deeply understand the connotation of new urbanization and promoting coordinated development of urbanization.
