Research On The Coupling And Coordination Relationship Among Financial Agglomeration, Industrial Upgrading And New Urbanization In Henan Provinc

As an important region for the strategic development of the rise of central China,the construction of new urbanization in Henan Province is gaining momentum,but it relies more on government support and population size.The slow development of financial agglomeration and weak competitiveness of industrial level also restrict the construction of new urbanization in Henan Province.The 14 th Five Year Plan proposes to promote financial support for the real economy,promote industrial upgrading,and support the development of new urbanization.At the same time,the development of new urbanization will further promote financial agglomeration and industrial upgrading.In view of this,it is crucial to explore the coupling,coordination and interaction between the three systems of financial agglomeration,industrial upgrading,and new urbanization in Henan Province,which can provide policy recommendations for Henan Province to play a greater role in the strategy of the rise of central China.This article first theoretically analyzes the interaction mechanism of the three systems of financial agglomeration,industrial upgrading,and new urbanization in Henan Province,and then constructs an evaluation index system to measure the development level of each system;Secondly,through the PVAR model,we explore whether there is a relationship of mutual coordination and promotion among the three systems in Henan Province,as well as the degree of coordination and interaction;After clarifying the coordination and promotion relationship among the three systems in Henan Province,the coupling and coordination degree model is used to calculate the coupling and coordination scheduling of the three systems in 18 cities in Henan Province from 2010 to 2020.Combining the spatial autocorrelation model,the coupling and coordination relationship and development trend of the three systems are analyzed at the level of space-time evolution,and the influencing factors of the coupling and coordination level of the three systems are discussed.The research shows that:(1)The comprehensive measurement value of the development level of various systems in Henan Province has increased year by year and has a similar spatial distribution.(2)There is a harmonious and promoting relationship among the three systems of financial agglomeration,industrial upgrading,and new urbanization in Henan Province,but the synergy value needs to be explored.(3)The degree of coupling and coordination among the three systems in Zhengzhou and its adjacent urban areas is at a relatively high level,while the degree of coupling and coordination among most cities in the eastern,southern,and northern regions of Henan is relatively low.The overall level of coupling and coordination among the three systems presents a spatial distribution pattern of "high in the central and western regions,and low in the southeast.".(4)Education investment,openness,government support,and investment pull have significant positive effects on the coupling and coordination level of the three systems in Henan Province.Based on the above research,this article proposes corresponding policy recommendations for Henan Province to promote the coupling and coordinated development of financial agglomeration,industrial upgrading,and new urbanization in terms of strengthening the industrial support for the development of new urbanization,improving the adaptability of new urbanization and industrial upgrading,strengthening the upgrading of financial services industry,and building a metropolitan area pattern.
