With the continuous improvement of science and technology,driverless cars,3D printers,intelligent supermarkets and other emerging things have emerged,changing the production and operation activities of enterprises.In the face of the impact of big data,cloud computing,block chain and other digital technologies,Midea Group actively carries out digital transformation.Digital transformation will have a certain impact on enterprise performance.The efficient flow of data will promote the reallocation of resource elements,reshape enterprise management mode and organizational structure,production,manufacturing,sales,service and other business processes,and the enterprise’s financial,operating efficiency and innovation ability will change accordingly.In this paper,using literature analysis and case research method of combining,through combing the domestic and foreign relevant literature about the digital transformation and enterprise performance,combined with the case study,the digital transformation of midea group,the process of the concrete implementation strategy,financial indicators,operational efficiency and innovation,enterprise performance and on the basis of the conclusion.The process of digital transformation of Midea Group can be divided into the initial stage and the mature stage.The transformation mainly involves enterprise management,RESEARCH and development,production and manufacturing,and marketing logistics.Specific measures include: "632" project,reconstruction of information system;"4+2" R&D system,including product and technology research and development;"T+3" mode,to sell production;Digital marketing platform construction,Ande logistics warehouse integration.By analyzing the changes of enterprise performance before and after digital transformation and the impact path of digital transformation on enterprise performance,this paper can draw the following conclusions :(1)financial performance is improved,intelligent manufacturing helps enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency,digital marketing and intelligent logistics promote the development of e-commerce and increase online sales.(2)Improved operating efficiency.Through the input-output analysis of the enterprise transformation stage,it is found that the production and operation management level of the enterprise in the mature stage have reached the optimal level.(3)Innovation ability is improved.Enterprises can grasp the direction of technological innovation and product research and development by mining market information.(4)Information asymmetry is improved.With the help of digital technology,enterprises enhance their data processing ability and improve their response speed to internal and external information in production and operation.
