Logistics industry,as a service industry connecting production and consumption, plays an important role in promoting the flow of urban and regional factors of production and ensuring the stability of market supply. In recent years, the number and scale of Logistics enterprises in China have grown rapidly, but compared with developed countries,China’s logistics costs are still on the high side, structural contradictions are prominent, and the development level of logistics industry has a large space for improvement. With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization, the population is more concentrated, the trend of industrial spatial agglomeration and diffusion coexists, and the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises also changes significantly. It has become an urgent problem for the development of logistics enterprises in China to accurately identify the spatial distribution characteristics of logistics enterprises, clarify the spatial location advantages and formation mechanism of logistics, and optimize the space-time pattern of existing logistics enterprises.Based on the data of A-level logistics enterprises from 2010 to 2020,this study uses standard deviation ellipse, global spatial autocorrelation, hot spot analysis and kernel density analysis to analyze the change characteristics of spatio-temporal pattern of A-level logistics enterprises in Chang-Zhu-Tan.Eight influencing factors, including urbanization level, regional economic strength, residents’ consumption power, trade market size, regional policy, industrialization level, population density and transportation accessibility, are selected to construct A geographical probe model to analyze the formation mechanism of the spatio-temporal pattern of A-level logistics enterprises in Chang-Zhu-Tan.The results show that the development of Chang-Zhu-Tan A-level logistics enterprises has stepped into A steady development stage from the rapid growth stage in the past 10 years, and the spatial distribution pattern of different levels of logistics enterprises is obviously different.4A-level and above logistics enterprises are mainly concentrated and distributed in Furong District of Changsha city.3A-level and below logistics enterprises are concentrated and developed in Furong District of Changsha City,Shifeng District of Zhuzhou City and Yuetang District of Xiangtan City as the core. The clustering direction of grade A logistics enterprises is southeast and distributed along the main traffic lines. The migration speed of grade 4A and above logistics enterprises is slower than that of grade 3A and below logistics enterprises.Regional economic strength and transportation accessibility have A great influence on the spatial and temporal distribution of Grade A logistics enterprises, the scale of trade market has A great influence on grade 4A and above logistics enterprises, and regional policy has A great influence on grade 3A and below logistics enterprises. The influence factors of spatial distribution of different levels of logistics enterprises in the interaction are greater than the influence of their own action, and gradually towards the direction of equalization.Based on the above research results, this study proposes the following optimization paths: first, give full play to the leading role of government planning, give appropriate policy preference to logistics enterprises, and build a national logistics hub;Second, improve infrastructure, improve traffic accessibility, build county and village three-level logistics distribution system;Third,we will improve the market competition system and supervision system to promote the integrated development of manufacturing and logistics.
