Exploration Of The Spatio-temproal Difference And Influencing Factors Of The County Economic Development Level In Henan Province

The report of the 20 th CPC National Congress proposed to implement the strategy of coordinated regional development and new urbanization,optimize the layout of productive forces,and build a regional economic layout and territorial space system with complementary advantages and high-quality development.The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has also issued documents to promote the urbanization of county towns,comprehensively and systematically put forward the working requirements,development objectives and implementation methods of county construction.It can be seen that the development of the county and the improvement of the quality of the county economy are of great significance to the regional sustainable and high-quality development of the social economy.Henan Province plays an important role in the high-quality development pattern of the Central Plains urban agglomeration,the central region and even the whole country.Scientific research and judgment on the comprehensive development level and its evolution pattern of the county in the region is a breakthrough in promoting the overall coordinated development of the region and promoting the balanced development of the quality and quantity of the county economy.This paper takes 158counties(cities,districts)in Henan Province as the research unit,based on the statistical yearbook,development bulletin and other data of Henan Province,and uses principal component analysis,spatial autocorrelation,NICH index and geographical detector to systematically analyze the evolution pattern of county economic development level in Henan Province from 2009 to 2020.The research results show that:(1)In terms of economic development level,from 2009 to 2020,the comprehensive development level of counties in Henan Province continued to improve,but the development level difference between counties was significantly unbalanced.The counties with high scores in the principal component analysis are mainly concentrated in the central and northwest regions,with strong spatial agglomeration.The counties with low scores are mainly in the east and south,with a large number.(2)From the analysis of LISA results,the spatial distribution of low-low(LL)and high-high(HH)clusters in the comprehensive development level of counties in Henan Province occupies a significant feature.The high and low(HL)counties are relatively stable,and the resources are relatively developed and developing slightly faster due to the relatively developed economy.However,the county capacity is not enough to radiate the surrounding counties.Low and high(LH)counties have failed to keep up with the surrounding areas due to their lack of industrial or human resources.From the perspective of cold and hot spots,most of the hot spots in the economic development level of counties in Henan Province from 2009 to 2020 are concentrated in the northwest.These counties have a high level of economic development and industrial structure,and have obvious transportation advantages;From 2009 to 2017,the number of cold spots in the county economic development level has been decreasing,and the whole area is concentrated in scattered counties in the east;In 2017-2020,the level of economic development at the county level rose slightly in the cold spots,which may slow down the economic growth due to the impact of the epidemic and the impact of the economic environment.(3)On the detection of influencing factors,through the analysis of the influencing factors of the differences in the economic development of counties in Henan Province,different influencing factors have different influences on the differences in economic development.The main factors that affect the difference of county economic development in Henan Province are industrial structure,investment strength and economic development.Through the interaction detection analysis,it is found that there is an interaction and superposition between various influencing factors,and the interaction of economic development and government support has the strongest impact on the level of county economic development in Henan Province.The interaction between urbanization,economic development,industrial structure,investment intensity and other factors is enhanced by two factors;The level of industrialization is nonlinear,which can promote the strength of other influencing factors on the level of county economic development in Henan Province.The research results can provide research cases and references for Henan Province to narrow the differences between counties,improve the level of economic development,and give priority to the development and high-quality development in the central region and the Central Plains urban agglomeration.
