As one of the pillar industries in Chinese energy field,the electricity industry is an important industry field that concerns the future energy strategy of China.With the development of electricity marketization reform at the current stage,the electricity companies are still having problems such as the unsatisfactory performance management and the lack of personnel motivation,so is the CH Electric Power Company facing the same dilemma.During the critical period of the reform of the electricity companies,the internal growth of electricity companies is also important.If the CH Electric Power Company wants to possess the qualified performance management,it must adjust the current management situation,applying scientific performance management methods and reasonable performance management plans,fully exploring the potential of employees,combining the employee performance with the development performance of the company,to motivate employees to continuously pursue self development as well as continuously improve the company performance,so as to help achieve the strategic targets of the company while the employees can achieve self-development.Through the rational development and utilization of human resources,the company can realize the full value of human capitals and efficiently improve the endogenous driving forces of the company.As the performance management is a continuously improved and systematic work,this paper takes the CH Electric power company as the research object,referring to the academic research results in related fields at home and abroad,applying the interview method and the questionnaire method,to analyze the current situation of performance management of the CH Electric power company.Based on the above analysis,this paper deeply explores the problems and causes of problems exposed in the application process of the management by objective method in the CH Electric power company,to provide the decision-making basis for the design of the performance management optimization scheme;This paper proposes to optimize and improve the performance management of the CH Electric Power Company through ways such as establish a new performance management environment,improve the performance management working mechanism,improve the performance assessment system,strengthen the performance communication and improvement as well as enhance the incentive mechanism.At last,this paper objectively evaluates the achievements and deficiencies of the performance management optimization of the CH Electric Power Company,and put forward the supporting measures for the success implementation of the performance management optimization plan for the company in four dimensions: environment,organization,system,and resources.This paper aims at realizing the developing strategies of the company and promoting the co-development of the company and the employees,establishing a working system that is more coincident with actual performance management of the company,to improve the performance management of the company and meantime to provide beneficial references for same type companies to solve the existing problems in their performance management.
