The Study On Power Supply Enterprise Performance Management System Construction

Electricity, which takes the lead of the national economic development, provides strong impetus for the country's rapid development. Along with the increasing integration of economy, power enterprises are facing a changing environment and fierce competition. Only by creating and maintaining high performance, power enterprises can adapt to the needs of reform and development. As a matter of fact, power enterprises have been lacking awareness of performance management since they have been run under the planned economy for a long time. It is important and urgent to set up a scientific performance management system suitable for them. This paper focuses on grid companies'performance management system and discusses the processes and methods for establishing a market-oriented performance management system for grid companies, covering the general performance management process and the horizontal and vertical disintegration of the performance objectives.
