With the maturity of sharing economy and the rapid development of information technology,the implementation of financial sharing has become an important means for enterprises to optimize financial management.Relying on the birth of information technology,the financial sharing service center provides a new financial management mode for enterprises.Its outstanding advantage is that it can standardize and centralize the business,reduce costs and increase efficiency,manage and control risks,and help enterprises maximize their value.Performance evaluation is one of the important means to promote the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.The effective implementation of the performance evaluation system can strengthen the control of the financial shared service center,encourage the employees of all departments to improve their business ability,output high-quality and efficient services,and promote the continuous and sound evolution of the financial shared center.So a set of performance evaluation system conform to the strategic positioning of the financial sharing center is indispensable.Therefore,this paper focuses on the performance evaluation of the financial sharing center of Group B,which is divided into the following chapters:first,clarify the research background,research significance,research content and research methods;Secondly,it introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of financial sharing service and performance evaluation;Thirdly,starting with the operation status and performance evaluation status of the financial shared center of Group B,this paper explores the shortcomings of performance evaluation,and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of adopting the Balanced Scorecard to carry out performance evaluation;Then,based on the characteristics of financial sharing center,the dimension of information system is supplemented,a total of 20 evaluation indexes are selected,and the index weight is allocated by analytic hierarchy process;Finally,combined with the case,the performance evaluation system is applied to evaluate the performance of the financial sharing center of Group B through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By analyzing the evaluation results,this paper points out the shortcomings and countermeasures in all dimensions of the financial sharing center of Group B,and puts forward optimization advice on implementation of the performance evaluation system,including reasonable formulation of performance objectives,continuous optimization of evaluation indicators,introduction of intelligent performance management system and so on.It is hoped that this research can bring illumination to enterprises in the same industry and help them design a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for the financial sharing center. |
