Research On Implementation And Control Of TL Company’s Development Strategy

Facing the era of accelerating changes in the internal and external environment of enterprises,enterprises are increasingly uncertain in the implementation of strategies.How to make the successful realization of the development strategy formulated by enterprises is more and more concerned and valued by enterprises.TL Company has been implementing its development strategy for two years,and a series of reforms and adjustments have been made in the implementation process,and many problems have been exposed.This paper studies the implementation and control status of TL Company’s development strategy by using the enterprise strategic management theory,literature research,investigation and statistical analysis.Found that TL company exist in the development strategy of the implementation of strategy implementation path is not clear,human resources,and assessment and incentive system and strategy does not match,check the strategy implementation,the problem of low frequency in strategy evaluation and control lag,imperfect evaluation mechanism,implement security and control measures are insufficient,lack of priority control and control measures in advance,TL company should strengthen strategic communication in the future is put forward,to do a good job of strategic decomposition,to strengthen the construction of company system,strengthening the human resource deployment and personnel control,perfect in advance,matter and afterwards the whole process of strategic control system,establish a strategy for leading company resource allocation way of solution,aimed at TL future strategy implementation and control of the company put forward countermeasures for reference,For the same type of enterprise research strategy implementation and control to provide experience for reference.
