Abstract/Summary:
The construction of ecological civilization is an important path for our country to achieve sustainable development.Building an ecological economic system and improving the quality of the ecological environment are important contents of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.As the core actor of regional economic activities,the industrial system plays a bridge role in the antagonistic coercion or coupling symbiotic effect between the economic system and the ecological environment system.From the perspective of the ecological transformation of the industrial system,it can effectively solve the relationship between economic development and natural resources and the environment.To ensure the harmony and unity of the human-land relationship and the regional system,so as to realize the sustainable development of the region.The land area of the restricted development zone accounts for 65.23% of the total area of Shandong Province.It is an area whose economic development trend and ecological environment development trend lag behind the provincial average level.It is urgent to find an industrial ecological development with resource conservation and environmental protection as the core mode,and then achieve the goal of restricting the rational and orderly development in protection.In view of this,on the basis of identifying and analyzing the concept of industrial ecology,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for industrial ecology,and forms a theoretical analysis framework for the study of "the evolution process pattern,driving mechanism and response path of industrial ecology in the restricted development zone of Shandong Province".Used the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model to comprehensively measure the development level of the industrial system and the ecological environment system and the degree of coupling and coordinated development of the two.The Theil index,the coefficient of variation,the standard deviation ellipse of the center of gravity and the exploratory spatial data analysis method are used to describe the evolution characteristics of the spatial and temporal pattern of industrial ecology in restricted development zone from a multi-levels perspective such as “whole-region-county”.The comprehensive mechanism of industrial ecology was systematically constructed by combining theoretical and empirical analysis,and finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the process of industrial ecology development.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2005 to 2019,the scores of industrial systems in restricted development zones in Shandong Province fluctuated and fluctuated,and the development of the ecological environment system was good,which became the key to promoting the ecological transformation of industries in restricted development zones.However,on the whole,the industrial ecology of the restricted development zone is always locked in the low-level club convergence stage.The mechanism is not stable,and the evolution from antagonistic opposition to benign conjugation has not yet been achieved.(2)From 2005 to 2019,there were regional differences in the development of industrial ecology in restricted development zones in Shandong Province.The unbalanced internal development of the three major regions of northwestern Shandong,southwestern Shandong and eastern coastal areas was the key to the expansion of the overall differences in industrial ecology.At the same time,there is a spatial correlation in the ecological development of industries in restricted development zones,and the concentrated expression is clustered development with main functional divisions as the development carrier,there are a large number of high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration areas.The regional differences gradually expand and extremely increasing prominence of the polarization effect have hindered the formation of the coordinated development pattern of industrial ecological space in the restricted development zone to a certain extent.(3)From the perspective of county-level administrative units,from 2005 to 2019,the decline rate of the coupling and coordination type was much higher than that of the other three types,and the proportion of antagonistic and antagonistic counties continued to increase.From the perspective of main functional divisions,the type of industrial ecological development in the main agricultural product producing areas from 2005 to2019 is mainly characterized by antagonistic and antagonistic development;The characteristics of type evolution are contrary to their own functional positioning and are not conducive to the green and sustainable development of the region.From the perspective of administrative divisions,the northwest region of Shandong is mainly characterized by ecological resilience leading the regional green development;the southwest region of Shandong is hindered by its industrial-ecological double lag,which hinders its green transformation and development;the eastern coastal area is mainly characterized by industrial growth leading the regional development.(4)From 2005 to 2019,there was a significant spatial spillover effect in the spatial and temporal differentiation pattern of industrial ecology in restricted development zones in Shandong Province.Among them,resource endowment has a significant positive spillover effect on the industrial ecological development in adjacent areas,and foreign investment and industrial agglomeration have a significant negative spillover effect on the industrial ecological development in adjacent areas.However,the industrial structure and government intervention only have a significant impact on the ecological development of the industry in this region.It is also worth noting that there is an "EKC" effect between the level of industrial ecological development and economic growth in restricted development zones.The current extensive and extended economic growth mode in some areas aggravates the coercive effect on the ecological environment,which is not conducive to the development of industrial ecological level.promote.(5)Aiming at the analysis of the evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of the temporal and spatial pattern of industrial ecology in the restricted development zones of Shandong Province,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: optimize the industrial structure,promote the development of advanced,ecological,scientific and rational industrial systems;activate innovation resources and deepen innovation Important driving role in industrial ecological transformation;transform government functions,strengthen innovation in environmental supervision systems and mechanisms;improve resource utilization efficiency,protect and restore natural ecological environment;strengthen regional interconnection and foster new regional growth poles that drive green development in surrounding areas.
