Research On The Spatial-temporal Characteristics Of The Coupling Coordination Between Industrialization And Agricultural Green Development In China

The coupled and coordinated development of industrialization and agricultural green development(AGD)is the prerequisite for our country to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development in the new era,and it is also one of the important tasks of our country’s reform.In recent years,despite the rapid growth of our country’s industrial economy and agricultural economy,but the cost of resources and the environment is too high and the degree of greening is low.In the process of coupled and coordinated development of industrialization and AGD in each province,there is a problem of low level of coupling and coordination.Exploring the coupling coordination level and spatial-temporal characteristics of provincial industrialization and AGD in our country can provide scientific reference for national and regional development decisions.It is meaningful for promoting the modernization process of our country and achieving the overall goal of sustainable development of the national industry and agriculture.This paper firstly carried out the research on the basis and current situation of industrialization and AGD at the national level.This paper evaluates and analyzes the development index from 1990 to 2019 by constructing the industrialization and AGD system evaluation index system and using the improved entropy method to weight each index.In this paper,the coupling coordination degree model is used to calculate the coupling coordination degree between industrialization and AGD system,and the characteristics of coupling coordination types are analyzed.This paper uses the spatial autocorrelation analysis method to test the spatial correlation of the coupling coordination degree between our country’s industrialization and AGD system,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.The findings of this paper:(1)In the past 30 years,our country’s industry has developed rapidly and increased greatly.GDP per capita exceeded the $10,000 mark.However,the ratio of the added value of the secondary industry to GDP has decreased in recent years.The proportion of employment in the secondary industry has also continued to decline.But labor productivity has risen significantly.Although the added value of the primary industry continues to rise,its proportion to GDP continues to decline.The per capita disposable income of rural residents doubled.The investment in agricultural mechanization has continued to increase.The rapid decline of total cultivated land resources has been curbed.The total amount of agricultural water used has been effectively controlled.The use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has experienced negative growth for many consecutive years.The level of utilization of agricultural waste as a resource has steadily increased.(2)The overall level of industrial development in our country is on the rise.In addition,the AGD index showed a trend of first falling and then rising.From a spatial point of view,both industrialization and AGD indexes show a trend of eastern region>central region>western region.In terms of time,the development of industrialization has generally gone through four stages of development,and the changing trend of AGD is more complicated.There is a large regional imbalance in the development level of industrialization and AGD.AGD has gradually become a factor restricting the development of industrialization and AGD system.(3)At present,our country’s industrialization and AGD are still in the initial stage of coordination.Although the degree of coupling coordination generally shows a steady upward trend the growth rate is gradually slowing down.In terms of time,it shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.From a spatial point of view,there are obvious gaps and gradient differences in the types of coupling coordination between regions.There is a significant positive autocorrelation in the spatial distribution of the degree of coupling and coordination between industrialization and AGD systems in our country.The spatial agglomeration of coupling coordination degree is more obvious in neighboring provinces.(4)Our country should improve the level of coupling and coordination between industrialization and AGD by accelerating the promotion of AGD,expanding the path of industrial green development,promoting the coupled coordinated development of industrialization and AGD,and strengthening policy support.
