| The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,accelerate the building of an agricultural powerhouse,promote the revitalization of rural industries,human resources,culture,ecology and organization,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Enhancing the function of agricultural informatization can provide strong support for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,thus speeding up the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In the information age,with the popularization of Internet technology,people’s traditional way of production and life has been changed,the efficiency of information communication has also been improved,and the importance of information quality has become increasingly prominent.Farmers are the main force in the process of implementing the rural vitalization strategy.Young farmers,with their high level of human capital,strong agricultural production technology and strong sense of social responsibility,can inject vitality into the rural vitalization strategy,effectively meet the overall demand of the rural vitalization strategy,and become an indispensable force in the revitalization of human resources.At the same time,as the main body of the promotion of agricultural informatization,young farmers should not only change their farming skills,but also improve the corresponding ability to accept and use information resources.Therefore,the information quality of young farmers is particularly important.Whether it is rural informatization,agricultural informatization,or the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategy;Whether to improve the comprehensive quality of young farmers,or improve their economic income level;The information literacy of young farmers is the most basic and important factor to promote the development of modern agriculture or to change the development mode of agricultural production.This paper takes young farmers and herdsmen in Bayi District,Nyingchi City,Tibet,as the research object,studies and analyzes the current situation of their information literacy through descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis,and uses multiple linear regression model to explore whether they have an impact on the information literacy of young farmers and herdsmen from three aspects,namely,individual factors,socio-economic factors and government policy factors.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the information literacy of young farmers and herdsmen in Bayi District is generally at a medium level,but the level is uneven and the gap is large,and there is still a large room for improvement.Secondly,all indicators of individual factors have a significant positive impact on the information literacy of young farmers and herdsmen,and most indicators of social economic development and government policies also have a significant positive impact on the information literacy of young farmers and herdsmen.Third,farmers and herdsmen have a strong sense of conformity and neighborhood effect,but they are not easy to imitate mechanically and lack the spirit of adventure and innovation.Fourth,government subsidies have a significant inverted U-shaped distribution on the individual behavior choices of farmers and herdsmen,and excessive government subsidies will inhibit the enthusiasm of farmers and herdsmen.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as changing ideas,adopting diversified education methods,vigorously developing rural economy,promoting the use of the Internet in the production and life of farmers and herdsmen,and giving play to the leading role of the government,so as to explore a better development direction for improving the information quality of young farmers and herdsmen in Bayi District,Nyingchi City,Tibet. |
