In recent years,driven by the demands of rural economic development and the increasing popularity of rural Internet technology,rural e-commerce has injected new impetus into the revitalization of rural economy in China.Every link of rural e-commerce development is closely related to information resources.High-quality information services will play a vital role in boosting the efficient operation of rural e-commerce ecological chain.Heightening the quality of rural e-commerce message services has turned into an significant ways to stimulate the growing of rural e-commerce.Therefore,it is the most significant to seek a surmount to enhance the quality of rural e-commerce message service,and to differentiate and analyze the factors that influence the quality of rural e-commerce message service.The message service activities of rural e-commerce belong to the information ecosystem.From the perspective of information ecology,it will provide a new framework for the discussion of influencing factors of information service quality of rural e-commerce.The following six parts constitute the main content of this paper: Chapter I,Introduction.Firstly,the backdrop,aim compose a poem in reply meaning of this treatise are described.Secondly,it analyzes the existing state of affairs of rural e-commerce,information service quality,and rural e-commerce information service quality at home and abroad.Finally,the investigative means,the new views and the technology road mapping of the thesis are elaborated.Chapter two,correlative notion and fundamental theory.This chapter explains the theories and notions that need to be used in this article,namely rural e-commerce,information ecology and rural e-commerce information service,and discusses the feasibility and necessity of applying information ecology theory to the research of rural e-commerce information service.The third chapter,the theoretical examination on contributing factors of rural e-commerce information service quality.According to the theoretical investigative framework of information ecology and drawing lessons from relevant research results,this paper selects the initial indicators to measure the information service quality of rural e-commerce.At the same time,this paper establishes the factor system that impact the quality of rural e-commerce information service.Next,according to the influencing factor system,this paper establishes the factor assumption model that impact the quality of rural e-commerce information service The fourth chapter,empirical research on influencing factors of rural e-commerce information service quality.Sample data were collected through questionnaires,and CFA was used to verify the influencing factors model of rural e-commerce information service quality based on literature review in Chapter 3,and the weight of each influencing factor was determined by correlation coefficient method.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the information service quality of rural e-commerce.According to the data analysis results of influencing weights of various factors,seven suggestions are put forward to improve the information service quality of rural e-commerce.Chapter six,summary and prospect.Summarize the key research parts of this paper,and describe the shortcomings of this study and the areas that need to be improved in the next study.The results show that the influencing factors of rural e-commerce information service quality are composed of four main factors: service subject,object,environment and information content.Among them,the factors of service objects have the greatest influence on the information service quality of rural e-commerce,while the factors of service subject,environment and information content have less influence.
