| China has been executing central authorities’"No1Document" in order to solve "Three rural questions" for many years in succession. And the farmers and herdsmen is the most fundamental of "Three rural questions", enhancing the quality of farmers and herdsmen is the core problem. Especially, the development of modern farming industry requires farmers and herdsmen master much more scientific knowledge, and information technology is the basic one to them. Through making a practical investigation to the farmers and herdsmen of eight villages and towns of the Da La Te Banner, ERDOS, Inner Mongolia, this essay deeply studies the basic situation and problems of computer level and information technology training to the farmers and herdsmen, summarizes what is their basic needs. By designing practical information technology training system to farmers and herdsmen, and applying it to actual training work, continuous sum up and improvement during training, and let farmers and herdsmen obtain information technology knowledge as soon as possible, let them build a basic foundation to study other new scientific technology and help them solve specific problems in their daily life and agricultural production. |
