After years of rapid development,China’s semiconductor packaging and testing industry has developed into a huge industry.However,in recent years,with the Sino US trade conflict and scientific and technological competition,it has emerged that China’s semiconductor industry chain still has some vulnerabilities.On the one hand,core technology is constrained by people.On the other hand,many domestic related enterprises still have outstanding quality problems,and still remain at the low level relying on post inspection,They lack advanced quality tools to prevent and control quality problems in advance.As a representative enterprise of semiconductor packaging and testing in China,JT’s main business is to segment,package and test finished wafers.With the continuous development of the company,its customers and product categories are increasing,and its quality problems are increasing.Taking this as the starting point,this paper studies the quality management of JT Company by using the methods of literature research,investigation and FMEA analysis.Through the analysis of JT Company’s internal abnormal data,customer complaint data and product scrap data,it is found that JT Company has a large number of internal production exceptions,customer complaints and high internal scrap losses.Through FMEA analysis,the main reasons are that the product design introduction stage is not perfect,the customer complaint handling process is not perfect,and there are many exceptions caused by human operation.For the product design import stage,the optimization is carried out by establishing DFMEA team,family DFMEA and product import risk database;Aiming at the problem of human operation,it is optimized by training elite versati le workers,improving the formulation and implementation of various preventive measures,and providing auxiliary production tools;For customer service,optimize it by improving the 8D process and establishing a database of customer complaints.This study hopes to effectively improve the quality management level of JT Company by using the total quality management theory and the FMEA concept of risk prevention and control,accurately identify the main risk points,reduce their occurrence frequency and improv e their detection,so as to reduce the compensation and various opportunity costs caused by production abnormalities as much as possible,making JT Company’s products more competitive.I hope it can provide some reference for the same type of semiconductor manufacturers or enterprises in the industry. |
