ODM Vendor Quality Management For Wireless Communication Products

With the globalization of the market economy,wireless communication products are rapidly developed.In Electronic manufacturing field,European and American companies in order to looking for strategic partners worldwide to meet the market requirements and make its industrialization network.Outsourcing mode for design and manufacturing has formed a common phenomenon in the field.This article mainly expounds the supplier quality management in C company for wireless products in ODM operation mode.Firstly,this article introduce the current quality management status for supply chain and vendor quality management in C company.From new products development to mass production,explain the current status and the bottle neck for quality management.In the third chapter,it introduce W project's background,human resource,project schedule and cost.And then,by using DFM,reliability test,FMEA,SPC and Fish-bone chart tooling.At the same time,using Valor,AHP,normal distribution curve,and Chi-square methods to strictly control ODM supplier's production quality.Besides the quality tools,this article also from the aspects of project organization structure and personnel management,to strengthen the quality consciousness of managers and staffs.It truly achieve the “win-win” situation,which will make C company grow up more quick and efficient.And it has more benefits to establish the competitive advantage and long-term stability business.Finally,this paper check the effect of these quality management tool's application,and further confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the quality management method.
