| The construction of national cultural park is a major cultural project decided and deployed by the Party Central Committee and The State Council,and it is a public cultural carrier with a specific open space.In May 2021,nine departments,including the Central Publicity Department and the National Development and Reform Commission,proposed in the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Museums that optimizing the layout of the museum system and coordinating the development of museums in different regions should cooperate with major national strategies such as ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin and major national cultural projects such as the construction of national cultural parks.Strengthen museum resource integration and collaborative innovation.In the context of the construction of the National Cultural Park,the museum is not only an important part of the public cultural space system,but also the cultural and tourism integration area and theme exhibition area of the national Cultural park,shouldering the important task of improving the service capability of the museum and exploring the protection,inheritance and utilization path of cultural relics and cultural resources in the new era.According to the relevant policy requirements of the construction of national cultural parks and museums,museums,as an important display platform of national cultural parks,should actively integrate into the strategy of national cultural parks,play the leading role of provincial and municipal museums,and strengthen the construction of national cultural parks.By sorting out the relevant documents about the service ability of museums and the functional areas of national cultural parks,this study finds that there are many common characteristics between museums and national cultural parks.Taking the service capacity of museums as the starting point,this paper comprehensively discusses the ways and methods for museums to play an active role in cultural exchange and cooperation at home and abroad,coordinated regional development,integrated development of culture and tourism,and digital construction,which will help provide theoretical support and experience reference for the integration of museum construction into the national cultural park system.Kaifeng is the core exhibition area of the construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park and the Grand Canal National Cultural Park,and is an important part of the Yellow River cultural tourism belt.From the perspective of creating public cultural space through innovation,this study takes the service capability of Kaifeng Museum under the background of national cultural Park construction as the research object,and systematically sorts out the general situation of service capability in cultural heritage display,social education activities,academic research,community service and other aspects through questionnaire survey and field investigation.However,there are still some major problems in Kaifeng Museum’s service capacity,such as cultural exchange and cooperation,regional coordinated development,cultural and tourism integration and digital construction,and the causes behind them are analyzed.The paper analyzes the service ability of Kaifeng museum and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First,explore the cultural connotation of the Yellow River and the canal,and strengthen the cultural exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad;Second,continue to enrich the social education activities of the Yellow River and the Canal,and promote the cross-regional linkage development of museums;Third,promote the integrated development of cultural tourism through innovation,and promote the culture of the Yellow River and the Grand Canal;Fourth,digital construction is the carrier to improve the cultural display level of the Yellow River and the canal. |
