Under the circumstance of the economy and politics of the society developing continuously.our understanding of the research of public cultural services and its related construction is gradually increased to the political level. Beside, the Chinese government regards it as a major project of people’s livelihood and one of the main contents of the government’s work to build the modern system of public cultural services. Museum is a nonprofit cultural institution, whose purposes are to serve society, to serve the masses of the people, and to guarantee the rights and interests of public culture. Therefore, as a provider of special public items and services, the museum plays an irreplaceable role in cultural services and it is indispensable part of the system of national public cultural services.This article will put the museum into the environment of national public cultural services system and re-examine the relationship between the interior construction and the external environment of the museum from the angle of public cultural services of the museums.
