Research On The Countermeasures Of Hebi City Museum To Enhance The Effectiveness Of Public Cultural Services

Public cultural service is an important part of the long-term development goals of museums,and it is also the bounden responsibility of museums to provide public cultural service.At present,China has clearly proposed to further improve the level of public cultural services,and enhancing the effectiveness of public cultural services is an important way to improve the level of public cultural services.Although public cultural services have been improved day by day since hebi Museum moved into the new building in 2005,there is still a big gap compared with the public's requirements and expectations under the new situation.Under the background of the new era,how to better enhance the effectiveness of public cultural services,improve the service level,and realize the high-quality development of museums is an urgent problem to be solved by museum personnel.Effectiveness is the organic unity of goals,processes and results,and the effectiveness of museum public cultural services is the organic unity of museum positioning and development goals,service supply,public satisfaction and evaluation.This paper analyzes the current situation of hebi Museum's public cultural service effectiveness from various elements of effectiveness,and finds out the existing problems on this basis.At the same time,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,and points out that the first task of enhancing the effectiveness of museum public cultural service is to perfect the positioning and development goals of museum public cultural service.The core task is to improve the service supply capacity,that is,to create high-quality display,improve the display system;Build a bright brand and strengthen research activities;Broaden publicity channels and enrich service content.The key is to accurately meet the cultural needs of the public and do a good job in the provision of services for special groups;we will promote the integrated development of museums with public cultural institutions,tourism,and schools.And expand the source of funds,promote cultural and creative development;strengthening talent team construction and enhancing scientific research ability can provide a strong guarantee for them.
