| In recent years,the country has advocated the importance of spiritual and cultural construction,and the social status of the book publishing industry has been further enhanced.The people’s increasingly strong cultural confidence provides good market conditions for the development of the paper book publishing industry.The development of paper book publishing industry can also drive the development of national economy and the increase of people’s income level.At the same time,the existing paper book publishing industry has a good product system and an efficient distribution system,and the establishment of an efficient distribution system is inseparable from the gradual improvement of book distribution centers.As the most important and central link in the whole distribution channel,the book distribution center affects the efficiency of the whole supply chain.A well laid out book distribution center can improve market competitiveness,enhance the efficiency of the distribution center,reduce the cost of transportation and management,and gain more economic benefits;on the contrary,it will reduce the efficiency of the distribution center and increase the cost of transportation and management.With this background,this thesis studies the layout optimization of Q Book Distribution Center.This paper takes Q Book Distribution Center as the research object and analyzes the overall layout situation related to it.During the study of Q book distribution center,it is found that there are superficial reasons such as long cargo handling distance and poor working condition of forklifts.The deep-seated reason is the unreasonable layout of functional areas,which is the main factor limiting the efficiency of the distribution center.Therefore,we analyze the problem of improving the layout of Q book distribution center.Firstly,the realistic background of book distribution center layout optimization is explained,and then the relevant theories used and the actual situation of Q book distribution center are briefly introduced.After the description of the problems in the layout and data collection,it is decided to select the SLP method to optimize the layout of this distribution center.Next,the information obtained is analyzed for logistic and non-logistic correlations,and a comprehensive relationship diagram about the functional areas is derived,taking into account the actual situation of Q Book Distribution Center.Based on the composite relationship diagram,the location of each functional area in the distribution center is determined,and two optimized layout solutions are derived.Finally,Flexsim simulation software is used to model the original layout and the two optimized layout solutions,and the optimal solution is selected by comparing and analyzing the cargo transportation volume,cargo transportation distance,and the operation of transportation equipment under different solutions based on the operation results.In this paper,based on the SLP method and Flexsim simulation system to build a model,a new layout scheme is customized to optimize the problems of Q Book Distribution Center.The new scheme reduces the handling distance of goods,improves the number of goods transported,enhances the operation efficiency of equipment,and achieves the purpose of layout optimization.It provides a reference basis for other book distribution centers to optimize the layout and improve logistics efficiency. |
