With the continuous development of national economy and the ability ofconsumer spending increasing day by day, the expansion of automobileconsumption is remarkable and automobile market presents good developmentprospect. Then, the automobile market competition is becoming more and morefierce, and today’s market competition is no longer limited to productcompetition between different manufacturers. Automobile sales logistics, whichconnect automobile company and final users is the important link. So,automobile logistics service is given unprecedented attention through fast andpersonalized service. Automobile sales logistics can increase the value ofproducts, and through improving customer satisfaction, enterprise could increasesales of products quantity, which can help enterprise quickly enter new marketsand enhance the market share and market competitiveness. Order processingsystem which is the link of users and enterprise is an important subsystem ofautomobile sales logistics system, and the ability of the system is an importantlink of customer service. Order processing speed and quality influence the whole logistics cost and efficiency directly. Therefore, the concentration research ofacademic and corporate has became that how to undertake order processing inscientific and reasonable way, shorten the time of automobile delivery order andimprove the service efficiency.This paper firstly introduces the present situation about domestic andforeign automobile sales logistics and the research situation of simulationtechnology on logistics distribution center, as well as the research and methodabout order processing system, and analyzes the representative research results.Then, from the characteristics of automobile sales logistics, the function andwork flow of distribution center, it researches the function of the optimization oforder processing system to improve the operation efficiency and service level ofdistribution center, and discusses the order processing procedure and orderprocessing optimization from point of view of the order delivery. Then, on thebasis of queuing theory characteristics of order processing system, it discussesthe structure elements, the simulation method and strategy of discrete events,and establishes the entity flow graph model of the order processing. The fourthpart of the thesis is the focus, and it mainly discusses the functions, characteristics and modelling steps of Flexsim software, sets parameter,programs code for the simulation model, and establishes the simulation model ofthe order processing system. Finally, through simulating the order processingprocedure of distribution center, this paper analyzes the influencing ways ofparameters to the model, establishes bottlenecks which influence the efficiencyof the order processing system, and through modifying model parameters,constructs the order processing system which has shorter ordering cycle andhigher efficiency. Studying order processing system from the angle of queuingtheory is the innovation points of this paper, and I hope it can strengthen orderprocessing ability and improve customer’s satisfaction to the enterprise. |
