Construction Of Library Information Resources Based On Artificial Intelligence Research On Copyright Issues Related To The Service

Artificial intelligence(AI)is developing rapidly,showing great potential in many fields.As an information service institution for storing and disseminating cultural knowledge,the application of relevant artificial intelligence technology to the library plays an important role in the construction of information resources and the provision of information services.It has become an important driving force for the development of libraries in the new era,but at the same time,it also brings a series of new copyright problems to the library.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main text of this article is divided into three chapters:The first chapter analyzes the use of artificial intelligence technology in libraries.Understanding the development status of artificial intelligence technology,exploring the integration of libraries and artificial intelligence technology,analyzing the inevitability of its integration and the specific application of intelligent technology in libraries are the prerequisites for studying the copyright issue of libraries in the artificial intelligence environment.Artificial intelligence technology has developed rapidly,and the application field of artificial intelligence technology has been expanded,and the application of artificial intelligence technology to library work has brought development opportunities for libraries.The introduction of artificial intelligence technology in libraries can not only meet their own development needs,but also meet the knowledge needs of readers.The second chapter analyzes the risk of copyright infringement in the construction and service of information resources by libraries using intelligent technology.The library provides services to readers after the construction of information resources,which mainly includes the copyright acquisition and digitization of information and the classification and cataloguing,which will cause copyright problems such as infringement of the right of reproduction and improper citation in the way of copyright acquisition,digitization,data production and use.Information services are mainly discussed from the aspects of intelligent reading services and information analysis services,and there are risks such as infringement of the right of reproduction and information network dissemination in the collection,analysis and output stages of libraries providing works beyond a specific scope,linking means,intelligent pushing,and conducting information analysis.The third chapter is the strategies for avoiding infringement risks faced by libraries.In terms of information resource copyright acquisition and digitization,risk avoidance is mainly achieved by clarifying the legal status of libraries,improving the security of library copyright acquisition,and adjusting the rules for the rational use of digital works;In intelligent classification,measures such as improving data copyright laws,adjusting the principle of exceptions to fair use of data,maintaining appropriate citation,and improving technical protection are proposed to avoid infringement risks;For the infringement risks of libraries exceeding the licensing scope,providing links,and intelligent push,solutions should be taken from the aspects of reasonably formulating licensing contracts,improving link security,and setting obligations of care.In response to the infringement risks in the three stages of library information analysis,adjustments are made within the framework of the existing copyright exception system,and measures such as creating data collection exception principles and adding fair use clauses are taken to avoid copyright risks.
