Research On Library Information Resource Construction Risk Management

Over the years, the library information resources construction is the focus of discussion. With the development of library, information resources construction plays an increasingly important role in library. In the future, information resources development level is a measure of a library synthesis strength important factors, it is urgent to library information resource construction. At the same time, in the information resource construction of library also has some risks, directly or indirectly affecting the development of library. How to control risk and reduce loss is an important issue the library information resources construction should focus on.In this paper, through the literature research, empirical research, comparative analysis, chart method, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, introduce the basic theory of library information resources construction risk, study the collection, processing, dissemination, readers four kinds of risks, analyze of the risks facing the problems and opportunities, construct a risk assessment index system.The full text is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background, purpose and significance, and summarise the research status at home and abroad. The second part discusses the basic concepts of library information resources construction risk, principles and practical significance. The third section presents the four kinds of risks of library information resources construction; they are the risks of collection, processing, dissemination and reader. The fourth part using the risk, assesses the library, constructs a risk assessment index system.The fifth part is the conclusion and further research direction.
