Research On Copyright Protection Of Artificial Intelligence Products

The research on artificial intelligence began in the 1950 s,in the development of artificial intelligence products emerge one after another,especially in the field of literature and art artificial intelligence products constantly emerge.In the current stage of development,artificial intelligence products in the appearance and function has reached a certain height and in the market has a certain value.This article will compare and analyze several main artificial intelligence product protection modes,and then establish the viewpoint of adopting copyright mode to protect artificial intelligence product.On the basis of this point of view,further in-depth analysis and research on the producibility of artificial intelligence products,in order to make clear that the current artificial intelligence technology has developed enough to produce artificial intelligence products with producibility,the artificial intelligence products with copyability should be granted the legal status of the works in the Copyright Law and protected in the copyright law system.Based on the systematic analysis and exposition of the authorship of the artificial intelligence products,this paper continues to analyze the attribution of the copyright of the artificial intelligence products,this paper systematically analyzes and compares the three academic viewpoints of the public sphere theory,the legal fiction theory and the personal theory,it is concluded that the copyright of artificial intelligence products should be attributed to the user of artificial intelligence system from the viewpoint of personal attribution.Finally,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the specific system construction for the protection of the artificial intelligence products in the copyright law system,in order to better guide the benign and orderly development of the artificial intelligence field,in order to improve the relevant areas of legislation to promote China's artificial intelligence technology innovation to put forward useful thinking.
