| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the party pointed out that we should take the real economy as the focus of our economic development.As a part of the real economy,the cultural industry should accelerate the integration of science and technology,including information technology,equipment technology and other aspects,make full use of technological progress,and upgrade the content generation and communication and consumption forms of the cultural industry.With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as the Internet,big data and cloud computing,publishing and media enterprises have obtained new opportunities for the development of business forms.In recent years,education and publishing have made progress while maintaining stability,and the online business has shown stronger resilience.On the one hand,the state lays out the development strategy of education informatization,and the publishing and media enterprises take advantage of the policy to actively seek the transformation of education informatization and explore the new business forms and models of education plate.On the other hand,the new media platform represented by short video e-commerce showed a strong reverse growth.Facing the accelerated integration of traditional cultural industry and information technology,publishing and media enterprises are seeking for business model transformation paths.In view of this,this paper takes Xinhua Winshare Publishing and Media Co.,Ltd.(abbreviation:Xinhua Winshare,stock code: 601811)as the case object,studies the company’s business model transformation and its financial performance,analyzes the existing problems in business model transformation and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to offer suggestions for the development of publishing and media enterprises.This paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method and other methods,combined with the theory of business model canvas model,to analyze the impact of Xinhua Winshare’s business model transformation on its financial performance,which is divided into six parts.Chapter One,introduction.Research background and significance,research ideas and methods.The second chapter,business model related literature research and theoretical basis.Chapter Three,case analysis.Analysis of business model,transformation background and transformation path in three stages of Xinhua Winshare.Chapter four analyzes the impact of business model transformation on financial performance of Xinhua Winshare.Based on the financial performance of Xinhua Winshare,it analyzes the specific impact path of business model transformation on financial performance.The fifth chapter analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures of the business model transformation of Xinhua Winshare.From R & D,production and sales three aspects of the analysis of the problem,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Chapter six,conclusion and prospect.Through the research,it is found that the transformation of the business model of Xinhua Winshare is necessary,which requires scientific allocation of high-quality resources to enhance core competitiveness,consideration of the influence of information technology on the business model,and full play of the value creation ability of all links of publishing and distribution.However,this paper is a case study,and the collection of materials and data is not comprehensive enough to make an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of various problems existing in the process of business model transformation of publishing and media enterprises.The suggestions have certain limitations,which need to be studied and explored continuously. |
