Optimization Of KS Technology Company’s Business Model Based On Canvas Model

Short videos have the characteristics of time stickiness,young users,and flow orientation,and have rapidly developed into the short video industry in just a few years.Headquartered companies represented by KS Technology have rapidly expanded in scale,significantly increased revenue,continuously increased market share,and gradually shifted from simply pursuing flow economy to pursuing value realization.The financial report of KS Technology shows that the average user consumption amount is in a rapid growth state,but the company has always been in a loss-making operating state.If KS Technology wants to achieve greater profitability,it must optimize and adjust its business model.This article uses the business model canvas analysis tool,as well as literature research,Porter’s five forces model analysis,and SWOT analysis to study the business model operation of KS Technology Company.Firstly,this article analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of KS Technology Company’s business model,including a single profit model,a high degree of homogenization of the business model,and a low monetization rate based on traffic.Secondly,this article uses the canvas model to analyze the business model elements and environmental factors of KS Technology Company from aspects such as company customers,operations,values,and business environment.Based on the above analysis,this article proposes a KS Technology Company business model optimization plan based on the canvas model,which includes three aspects: customer management optimization,operation management optimization,and profit model optimization.Finally,this article proposes safeguard measures for optimizing the business model of KS Technology Company,including improving employee performance evaluation and career development incentive mechanisms,improving risk control systems,optimizing traffic and creator management mechanisms,building a win-win cooperative ecosystem,and improving funding support mechanisms.
