The Study On Xinhua Gallery Business Model Design Of Beidaihe Station Of Xinhua News Agency

Since the 21 st century, as the acceleration of the process of digitization and informatization, the way of information dissemination has been changing constantly.While the new media technology represented by the Internet and mobile phones has been developing rapidly, the speed, the scope, and the content of the information transmission has been becoming increasingly diverse. Influenced by new media, the habits which audiences get information have been changing. Therefor the new media market has huge development potential space and business opportunity.In this context and the opportunity of "Xinhua Gallery" carried out by Xinhua press agency, Xinhua news agency Beidaihe workstation has been ready to seize this market opportunity to take the lead in Beidaihe "Xinhua Gallery" project which would rely on the luxuriant tourist resources and business resources in Qinhuangdao area and the special political status of Beidaihe district. As marketing operation is the main characteristic of the project, how to carry out the project smoothly and to obtain appropriate profit are very important problems. Therefore, the business model design of the project has become the subject need to be solved first.The main content of this article is as follows: First of all, the paper summarized the related research to new media and business and laid a solid theoretical basis for the research and design of the project’s business model for subsequent analysis. Second,analyzed the internal and external environmental faced by Beidaihe "Xinhua Gallery" project by using PEST analysis method, Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis method, thus identified the key opportunities and threats.Third, Based on the above analysis, this dissertation designed the business model of Beidaihe "Xinhua Gallery" project by using the theory of nine factors of business model. Finally, put forward some safeguard measures such as organization security, resource security and marketing security to ensure that the project would implement smoothly in the actual operation.The business model designed in this article for Beidaihe workstation "Xinhua Gallery" project, could solve the problem of the business model design at the early stage of the project by making full use of external opportunities and the core advantage of Beidaihe workstation. At the same time, the design scheme based on nine factors of business model can provide a reference for other new media projects.
