| With the rapid development of digital technology,software products are still an important carrier of system construction in the digital age.With increasingly complex software functions and higher technical complexity,faced with increasingly difficult quality control of software products,how to reduce the operating costs of existing software research and development teams and improve the quality of software products? Comprehensive improvement of the effectiveness of software product promotion and application is the key to the company’s operation management.This paper mainly studies the quality management improvement of software products of N Company as the research object.As a wholly-owned subsidiary of a Fortune Global 500 group,the software products of N Company are mainly applied to the supply chain industry.Currently,the quality of software products of N company can no longer better meet the needs of all business divisions of the group.How to improve the quality management of software products in the next step is an important issue that N company needs to face seriously.In this paper,the theoretical knowledge of quality management,ISO9001 quality management system,CMMI,agile development,as well as quality effectiveness framework and other relevant theoretical basis and tool model,aiming at N company software product quality management status analysis,looking for N company software product quality management problems.It includes immature quality management system,weak quality management ability,insufficient quality control manpower investment,failure to implement quality regulations,and inadequate management and control of product realization process.By analyzing the causes of its deficiency,the improvement plan of software product quality is clarified.Based on the input-output ratio and the analysis of the target of the industry in the same field,the process improvement of resource management,the process improvement of management responsibility,the process improvement of product realization,as well as the improvement of measurement analysis and the improvement of the process.And combined with the organizational level,implementation process,technical level,risk management response and other aspects of the design of support and guarantee measures to promote N company’s software product quality management level improvement.The practical application of the research results in this paper can help N company comprehensively improve the quality of software products,improve the satisfaction of key users in the division and enhance the competitiveness of the company ’s software products.At the same time,it can provide the software industry with a deeper theoretical method of software quality management,and provide effective reference for the establishment and improvement of quality management process for other similar companies. |
