The Quality Manageent Research On Project Of Hn Provincial Comprehensive Service Platform Phase Ⅱ

Software is a new thing born in the process of human society entering the information age.Its rapid development and engineering situation enable people to carry out efficient project management on software.projects.In these project management activities,people constantly summarize and extract many core ideas,and turn them into management systems and methods that can ensure the success of software projects.Although a large number of successful facts have proved that each system and method has its correctness,with the development of software becoming more and more huge and complex,each single system and method will show local limitations to a certain extent.So people are developing technology to manage complex software projects,while they are also constantly innovating the management system.On the one hand,these innovations make the development of the management system in line with the pace of technological development.On the other hand,they also make different management systems promote each other and develop their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses.Nowadays,the quality management systems and methods related to software have become more compatible.They no longer emphasize their own independence.In many cases,they can select a part or sub process of the system to carry out targeted transformation and application according to the actual situation,so as to effectively solve the practical problems in large and complex software projects.The paper selects the HN provincial comprehensive service platform phase Ⅱ project as the background,and obtains the quality management improvement direction that should absorb and apply the best practices of CMMI in some practical processes after analyzing the current situation of the project,so as to seek more efficient quality management for the project,so as to further promote the success of the project.This paper describes the process of finding,analyzing and solving problems in the project quality management activities,and puts forward the conclusion that more than one software quality management system can be used to guide the practical activities in the software project under appropriate conditions.This paper supports the conclusion of this paper through the process of formulating quality improvement plan and evaluating the effect of quality improvement through the measurement of software test results.
