Research On The Quality Management Improvement Of Industrial Control Software Testing Of Company SN

Software stability and data accuracy are the focus of industrial control software.The unit of time measurement for the stable operation period of its software is year.Its data deviation needs to meet customer requirements.In order to ensure product quality,the company needs to invest a lot of human resources to find software defects in time and feed them back to developers for corrections.After comparison of the SN company's internal testing quality indicators,DCSA software had testing quality problems.All testing quality indicators had not reached the company's average value,and the end of testing period had delayed.Based on the above problems,this research analyzes testing quality of DCSA through the performance baseline and Monte Carlo method,and uses the entropy method to calculate the testing quality indicators' weight based on the company's other industrial control software testing data;uses the literature analysis,survey questionnaires and interviews to identify influencing factors of testing quality,and uses Quality Function Deployment to identity the key influencing factors affecting of testing quality,and then uses DEMATEL for secondary identification of key influencing factors of testing quality;according to the key quality influencing factors and their weights,proposes testing quality improvement strategies of industrial control software and implements above strategies on the follow-up DCSB software.From the aspect of human resources,this research enhances testers' ability,adjusts testing human resources,and improves testers' stability;from testing methods and tools,adjusts test methods in different stages,optimizes test methods,and raises testing tool usage rate;from the aspect of testing process,optimizes and reviews the testing process on a regular basis,ensures that the testing process matches the company and business strategy,and ensures that the testing process meets customers' needs;from the testing system,confirms the responsibilities of testers,optimizes testing quality management and daily behavior management.Through the results of the strategy implementation on the DCSB software,testing quality indicators are used to verify the actual effects of strategy implementation and testing results of DCSB,and to analyze the practical significance of the testing quality improvement research.It has positive significance to software testing quality of the future industrial control software of SN company,and it also provides a reference for the improvement of industrial control software testing of similar enterprises.
