The extensive application of the new generation of information technology has brought new opportunities for the development of archives in China. With the support of relevant policies, how to provide intelligent and convenient public services has also become the construction task of the national general archives.Firstly, under the policy background of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Archives and "The14th Five-year Plan" for the National Archival Enterprise Development, this paper summarizes the relevant documents, and concludes the four elements of archive intelligent service: collection resources, information technology, archive librarians, and archive users, and carries out research from this perspective.Secondly, this paper mainly adopts the field research method to conduct field research on the Qingdao Archives,Suzhou Industrial and Commercial Archives Management Center, and Zhejiang Provincial Archives.Through interviews with multiple experts,I fully understand the current status of intelligence service development in national general archives, and summarize the following experiences: thematic database construction, creating multiple platforms to provide services,"one-stop" remote archive search services,"virtual exhibition hall" online exhibition services Multimedia innovation services,multi-party cooperation to seek breakthroughs, and other aspects. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as the shallow level of intelligent construction, difficulty in controlling data quality, shortage of professional talents in the library, lack of awareness of social archives, and difficulty in supporting intelligent construction with technical equipment. Finally,in view of the current situation, based on the new generation of information technology and taking the intelligent management of collection resources as the cornerstone, this paper analyzes and summarizes the four modes of intelligent archive services,as well as the implementation scenarios and paths for the intelligent utilization of library resources,in order to achieve the intelligent service of the National General Archives. The main content of this paper is the following seven parts: The first part mainly introduces the research background, significance and methods, and puts forward the innovation points and difficulties of the research based on the research status at home and abroad. The second part introduces the concept definition of this study, clarifies the concept and connotation of archive intelligent service, and combs the relevant theoretical research of archive intelligent service. The third part is the process of field research in this study, including the analysis of relevant policies,as well as the experience and shortcomings of the intelligent service of the National General Archives summarized in the field research and interviews. The fourth part puts forward the intelligent management path of archive data resources from the perspective of the working process of archive collection, sorting and storage. The digitalization of archive resources in the collection lays the foundation for the National General Archives to provide intelligent services. The fifth part analyzes and summarizes the four modes of archive intelligence service-"perceptual" archive data service,"one-stop" archive information service,"personalized" archive knowledge service, and "interactive" archive intelligence service, and puts forward the corresponding implementation path. The sixth part proposes five operation mechanisms of archive intelligent service, namely, the top-level guidance mechanism based on system planning, the data-oriented coordination and unification mechanism, the open sharing mechanism based on data circulation, the talent training mechanism targeted at advanced learning, and the security guarantee mechanism supported by technical equipment. The last part puts forward the conclusions, shortcomings and future prospects of this study.
