Research On The Evaluation And Improvement Of Tourism Science Popularization And Education In Nanhai Ⅰ Museum

With the deepening integration of culture and tourism and science and education,it is increasingly necessary to improve the quality of museum tourism and fully explore the high-quality science popularization and education resources of museum,which helps museum become the "second classroom" for teenagers.Based on this,Nanhai Ⅰ Museum,the first underwater archaeology museum in China,is selected as the case.Through field investigation,experiential learning theory and SERVQUAL model are used for reference,and relevant experts are consulted to construct the evaluation model of the science popularization and education function of Nanhai Ⅰ Museum.SPSS26.0 is used for statistical analysis of 350 valid questionnaires.Descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods support to analyze the current situation of science popularization and education of Nanhai Ⅰ Museum and explore the influencing factors of its functions.The research shows that(1)tangibility,service and innovation have positive effects on knowledge input and knowledge output;(2)Innovation is the main factor affecting the realization of science popularization and education function;(3)Experiencing the Creative Street of the Sea Silk Culture and attending research courses are the most popular activities for science popularization and education in Nanhai Ⅰ Museum;(4)Students have the highest degree of improvement in learning science knowledge;(5)All functional evaluation dimensions need to be improved.Finally,in view of the overall process improvement of Nanhai Ⅰ Museum’s science popularization and education function,student-centered four strategies are proposed to improve the tangibility,service,innovation and education,so as to provide reference for enhancing the practical work of science popularization and education function in the tourism of Nanhai Ⅰ Museum.
