| Libraries are the foundation of higher education,and their role in teaching and research is self-evident.With the development of information technology,intelligence has been integrated into all aspects of people’s lives and work,greatly changing our lives and learning methods.Changes in people’s reading habits and methods have made traditional libraries no longer able to meet the needs of readers,and readers’ demand for smart libraries has become stronger,with intelligent services,the Internet,big data Smart libraries with artificial intelligence and cloud computing as core technologies are promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional libraries.At present,preliminary progress has been made in the construction of intelligent libraries in various universities in Guangxi,and the full coverage of WIFI has been basically achieved;Implement intelligent management of RFID books to achieve self-service borrowing and returning;Opening a mobile library;Enable seat reservation systems,intelligent security systems,etc.,but there is still a large gap between the realization of intelligent services.By designing a hierarchical model of smart libraries,using literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,and case analysis methods,the author conducted a study on user satisfaction in the smart library of Guangxi M University.The study found that poor quality of paper books,poor intelligent retrieval platforms,low service capabilities of librarians,imperfect self-service borrowing and returning systems,and poor quality of wireless networks are key issues affecting overall library satisfaction,At the same time,it deeply analyzes the reasons that affect the reader satisfaction of the smart library of Guangxi M University,and puts forward targeted countermeasures to improve the reader satisfaction of the smart library of Guangxi M University,aiming at promoting the development of the smart library of Guangxi M University and promoting the realization of intelligent services by the library. |
