Research On The Construction Of Smart Library In China

In November 2008, IBM put forward "Smarter Planet" strategy, in order to realize the connectivity of global resources. IBM has built a "Smart Scheme" for China in 2009, including six aspects: medical 、 power 、 transportation 、 supply chain、 Banks、city. So far, the solution have been boosted in various fields in our country, and digital 、 networked 、 intelligent has become the trend of social development. The Internet of things 、 cloud computing technologies which are smarter planet related, has become the focus of the strategic development in our country. Making smart urban development as an opportunity, library has set out to research and explore the smart library in our country, in order to promote the transformation and upgrade of library service form.The traditional library has given priority to the literature service, smart library give priority to the smart services. It depends on the Internet of things technologies such as the sensor、cloud computing, to make the books flow、personnel flow、 logistics flow and information flow fully, ensure mutual unicom between books and people, and make the user as the center, to provide a full range of flood in the smart service. As the center of the information resources management, the library has sufficient resources advantage, and base on the application of smart technology, which ought to realize the library in the smart service. Presently, our country has not built a real smart library yet, the construction of smart library is still in the exploratory stage.The article has six chapters to study the construction of smart library, specific as follows: In the first chapter, the article research the background, the significance of library construction, and analyzes the research both at home and abroad; In the second chapter, the article summarizes the concept、the function and characteristics of smart library combining with literature research method, and on this basis, the paper build a hierarchy model of smart library; In the third chapter, according to the hierarchical model, the paper detailed analysis the key technologies that each level construction needed from bottom-up; In chapter four, the construction principle and the content part, combining with the hierarchical model of the smart library and technology needed, put forward the corresponding construction principle and the specific content of library construction; In chapter five, problem and countermeasure part, the paper analysis problems existing in the construction of smart library, and then put forward specific countermeasures. Finally, the prospect and conclusion part, the thesis summarizes research results、the existing shortcomings and forecasts the next step of research.
