Research On Improvement Of Software Quality Management System Of Company A Based On BSC And ISM

With the rapid development of stock market in our country,the development projects of financial instruments in our country are also increasing rapidly.However,as the domestic electronic trading system is still in the development stage,there are a lot of software problems in the development progress and quality of the system.Therefore,the quality management of financial instrument system is very necessary.There are quite a few companies developing financial instruments in China,many of which are similar to Company A and have many problems,which lead to the low quality of software system.Although many of them have passed the ISO or CMMI qualification certification,the effectiveness of the qualification certification to improve the quality of software is not great,the main reason is still the failure to correctly understand and apply the essence of the software quality management system.Taking "Go-Goal" financial terminal software developed by A Company as an example,this paper studies and improves the software requirement level,quality control level,software review level and other quality management systems of A Company from the project quality management aspect,combining with the quality management theory,customer satisfaction theory,balanced integral card,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),interpretive structure model method(ISM),etc.To provide reference for solving other related software development project quality problems.First of all,this article introduces the background of the industry in which Company A is located,the introduction of software and the construction of quality quality management system;Secondly,the "Go-Goal" financial terminal software project management and quality management of company A’s software requirements are extensive,the awareness of quality control of all employees is weak,and the software review is not perfect,and the relationship between the ISM method is used to analyze the relationship between the influencing factors of software quality,establish the adjacency matrix and the reachability matrix,draw a hierarchical hierarchical structure model diagram,and for the problems existing in the company’s quality management,by balancing the four dimensions of finance,business process,learning and growth,and customer in the scorecard.Build a comprehensive quality management system to achieve comprehensive coverage of the total quality management strategy of enterprise software;The hierarchical analysis method is used again to analyze the quality system of Company A’s software from three perspectives,such as the target layer,the criterion layer,and the program layer,and construct a good hierarchy to solve the software quality problems.At the same time,this paper also provides similar software companies with improvement methods that can be used as references.
