In the modern commodity circulation process, the logistics distribution center isin the key position, is the realization of the composition of the modern logisticsessential factors. In the traditional logistics warehousing assignments, goods of thestorage, management, sorting, and processing, distribution and information datamanagement is separately. The emergence of the logistics distribution center not onlyrealize the unity of each functional management and operation, and greatly reduce thehomework cost, higher limits to meet needs of the market, to reduce dependence onartificial labor force, thus speeding up the flow of goods.The goods handling logistics distribution center is be homework action. And Flexsim have strong ability of data analysis, for the great amountof data of logistics distribution center for application Flexsim simulating research is avery good choice.This paper based on RFID technology is superior performance, combined withthe logistics distribution center of AGV application, and put forward the RFID systemand control system in the integration of AGV solutions, and this plan in the logisticsdistribution center application were introduced, finally through the Flexsim simulationapproach to the proposed scheme of the argument.The author of the major research content:(1) For the study AGV system, the composition of the system of AGV detailedanalysis of the ontology of AGV system do detail, using modular thought of AGVontology system is divided into the following module: AGV body system module, thepower modules, driver modules, control center module, sensor module, etc.(2) The RFID technology to study in detail. According to the technicalcharacteristics and realize the RFID way, to AGV system and RFID integrated design,and put forward the feasible ways are integrated.(3) On the logistics distribution center for detailed study, logistics distributioncenter is divided into several function module, and according to the logisticsdistribution center work flow, this paper puts forward solutions in the physicaldistribution center application modes.(4) To logistics distribution center for Flexsim simulation, through theapplication of the proposed RFID and integrated system AGV before and aftercomparing the data of conclusions.
