In recent years,as the focus of media integration has gradually shifted to grass-roots social governance,the central government,provinces and cities have successively issued relevant policies and guidance plans on the construction of county-level financial media centers.The construction of county-level financial media centers has developed rapidly,and a number of classic cases have emerged,which provides a reference model and practical guidance for opening up the "last mile" of media integration.The construction of county-level financial media center cannot be divorced from the practical needs of grass-roots social governance.To promote the construction of media integration from the perspective of social governance,it not only needs to play the main role of news and public opinion,but also needs to expand the functions of government service,civil service and business service on the basis of media platform,which is also an important turn for county-level financial media center to participate in social governance in the future.In the new era,facing the increasingly complex situation at home and abroad,how to give full play to the role of county-level financial media center in social governance is still an important topic for the current development of grass-roots media integration.In order to study the current situation of county-level financial media centers participating in grass-roots social governance,this paper first studies the transformation of county-level financial media centers participating in social governance in the new era,and believes that county-level financial media centers are not only the "conveyor belt" participating in government social governance,but also the "good helper" around the people.While giving full play to the role of public opinion in guiding the media,it should also change to business,civil and business services,and improve the level and depth of grass-roots social governance.Secondly,based on the shift of the financial media center to participate in social governance,taking the "ginkgo financial media" in Pizhou,Jiangsu Province as the empirical research object,this paper investigates the county-level financial media center by means of investigation and visit from the perspectives of sociology,journalism and communication and management,and analyzes its important role in reconstructing the communication ecology,creating high-quality media integration products,expanding functional services and participating in social governance,It also summarizes the successful experience and shortcomings of its media integration innovation.Finally,combined with empirical analysis and previous research results,this paper makes a multi-level analysis on the problems and causes of the current county-level financial media center’s participation in social governance,and puts forward suggestions to promote the county-level financial media center’s participation in grass-roots social governance from different levels according to the summarized causes of the problems.The research results show that the county-level financial media center still has some problems in participating in grass-roots social governance,such as unclear positioning of its own brand role,insufficient awareness and ability to connect multiple subjects,lack of innovation in the expansion and application of media functions participating in social governance,and lack of deep-seated interaction with the masses.In view of the above problems,this paper believes that the construction of county-level financial media center should establish a new social governance mechanism led by the government,Actively change the concept of media integration and service,break information and technical barriers,strengthen the guarantee of capital and talent reserves,innovate the service management mode,constantly promote the innovation of news and public opinion guidance,government services,civil services and business services,and promote the role of county-level financial media centers in county-level social governance.
