Research On The Construction Of County-level Financial Media Management Mechanism In China

With the deepening of the Internet information era,the communication status of traditional media in China is gradually declining,which has seriously affected the level and effectiveness of government propaganda and public opinion management.It is the main means for local party committees and governments to cope with the decline of the influence of traditional media at the county level to promote the deep integration of traditional media and the emerging network media to form integrated media.As the lowest level of comprehensive news media,county-level media has the natural advantage of being closer to the grass-roots level and the people,and is more aware of the needs,aspirations and needs of the grassroots people.At present,various regions have carried out the realistic exploration of the reform of the integrated media,and accumulated the valuable experience of the reform of the integrated media at the county level.However,through the study found that the melt at the county level media management mechanism is still not ideal,presents the technology lack of scientific management,talent management mechanism is imperfect,lack of salary incentive mechanism,such problems as lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism,to further analysis of the causes,there exist deviations in county integrates media management idea,the lack of scientific executive party to bear media management policy system,the lack of the spirit as well as the lack of talents for various factors contributed to these problems,in urgent need of reform and innovation.By selecting Two counties of Fenyi and Xingan,Jiangxi Province,and combining resource allocation efficiency theory,human resource management theory,and overall governance theory,it is found that the implementation of management separation reform and performance salary distribution system is more conducive to the effective management and long-term development of county-level financial media.Therefore,on this basis,the path exploration is carried out,and it is proposed to establish and improve the efficient and coordinated operation mechanism,stimulate the endogenous driving force for the development of media integration,and establish the guarantee mechanism for media integration talents,so as to meet the grass-roots people's yearning and pursuit for a better life,improve the level of social governance of grassroots government,and stabilize the social stability and people's hearts.
