A Study On The Short Videos Of Sudden Natural Disasters To Improve Social Risk Communication

Social factors superposed by natural disaster situation give rise to social risks full of uncertainty and highlight the vulnerability of modern society.In the era of collaborative governance,social media participate in the meaning production and emotional appeal of sudden natural disaster events as a constructive force.In particular,short videos become the structural force of public risk situational awareness and emotional flow.In view of the soft power of short videos in shaping risk trends,this paper demonstrates the logical approach of short videos of sudden natural disasters to improve social risk communication,and analyzes them from four aspects: communication value,communication logic,existing problems and optimization path,so as to provide inspiration for effective communication of social risks of sudden natural disasters.Taking short videos of sudden natural disasters as the research object,this study adopts literature research method,case study method and semi-structured interview method to explore the communication process and communication logic of short videos of sudden natural disasters to improve social risk communication.From the perspective of constructivism,the research innovatively proposes that negative emotional communication frameworks such as short video landscaping should be jumped,the positive value of media emotional mobilization should be explored,and the positive efficacy of short video participation in emergency management of sudden natural disasters should be brought into play.The research content is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the preface,which mainly expounds the rationality and importance of the topic.Analyze the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research design,innovation and difficulties encountered,and grasp the overall picture of the research.The second chapter mainly introduces related concepts and theories,determines the meaning of short videos of sudden natural disasters and risk communication,and defines the research object and scope.On the basis of learning from previous research results,the visual framework theory and emotional communication theory are clarified to provide theoretical support for subsequent research.The third chapter is a deep description of value expression,stating the specific value of short videos of sudden natural disasters in preventing and resolving the risk of natural disasters,promoting emotional connection and interaction,and cultivating the awareness of disaster community.The fourth chapter is the core chapter.Through case analysis and semi-structured interview,it analyzes the logic of short videos of sudden natural disasters to improve social risk communication,and analyzes the function process of short videos of sudden natural disasters to communicate social risk from four dimensions: dynamic logic,content logic,logical logic and strategic logic.It focuses on analyzing the role expectation,visual framework and emotional mobilization practice given to short videos of sudden natural disasters,and refining social risk communication strategies such as storytelling narration,symbol interaction and ritual performance of short videos of sudden natural disasters.The fifth chapter is about the problem picking,observing the case text and interview content,and proposing the existing problems of enhancing social risk communication by enlarging the risk information and other short videos of sudden natural disasters.The sixth chapter considers how short videos of sudden natural disasters improve social risk communication,and puts forward clear communication principles,smooth communication paths and perfect communication strategies of short videos of sudden natural disasters from the perspective of information transmission laws.According to the study,in the era of collaborative governance,the main body of emergency management should attach importance to the "soft utility" of short video to enhance social risk communication.It is the so-called emotional mobilization to spread public value,emotional energy communication and common action,further affirm the power and role of short video,guide short video to undertake the will of national governance,and become an important link of social governance in daily risk and emergencies.
