Compared with the traditional media,the new media has changed the way of information production and dissemination,and built a platform for the public to express and vent their feelings,and Weibo is a typical example.In the platform of microblog,netizens can make use of its powerful function to express their emotions,and media reports also make use of the microblog tool to guide the public opinion and mobilize the emotions of the network audience appropriately.In recent years,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to the role of microblog media in the field of disaster news reports.In order to enrich the neighborhood of this study,this paper,with the help of Gamson’s interpretation of parcels theory,takes"Zhengzhou Super Heavy Rain" as a case,through the way of literature analysis and content analysis,this paper studies the emotional mobilization strategy in new media reports.The study selected as sample data the microblog posts of three mainstream media,namely people’s daily,CCTV news and Henan daily,during the"Zhengzhou heavy rainstorm" event,the research events were divided into disaster warning period,pre-disaster period,mid-disaster period and post-disaster period,and the content of the posts in the four mainstream media microblogs in different periods was analyzed,this paper summarizes and discusses the media discourse frame and emotional expression types of news media in the event.The purpose of this study is to explore the expression of emotional mobilization in disaster news media,the general process of emotional mobilization in disaster news reports,and the planning and methods of emotional mobilization in disaster news reports.The study found that the disaster news reports from the perspective of new media presented disaster event content from different angles and aspects from two levels of basic emotion and compound emotion respectively,and the emotional mobilization strategy is used to guide the audience’s emotion,which is shown as follows:neutral discourse is used to ensure the accuracy of information during the disaster warning period;In the early stage of the disaster,neutral discourse was used to describe the disaster situation,and various emotions were used to describe the disaster situation.This paper studies and probes into the problem of the news media’s emotional grasp of disaster news reports under the new media environment,aiming at exploring the trend of the application of the emotional framework in the new media reports,for the mainstream media to follow the law of new media operations and better play the leading role of news media play a role of some inspiration.
