Abstract/Summary:
In the past,China’s manufacturing industry,relying on the advantages of a large population,made China’s manufacturing economy continue to prosper and eventually rise through the introduction of foreign advanced manufacturing production models.Nowadays,with the change of the times,both industrial 5.0 and digital intelligent manufacturing have put forward higher requirements for enterprises engaged in the manufacturing industry.How to optimize the production line and production management mode has been widely studied.G Company is a manufacturing enterprise of electronic panel.In order to better respond to the characteristics of multiple varieties and small batches of products required in the current market,it has built a production line 3 in its K17 workshop as an attempt to optimize the production line and transform the management mode.This paper selects this production line as the research object,determines the model of the product series to be studied according to the production plan,collects relevant data through field research and operation measurement,and draws the appearance value flow chart.At the same time,in order to make up for the deficiency that the value flow only reflects the production situation on the time scale,it uses Tecnomatix Plant simulation to simulate the real-time production situation and equipment utilization rate of the production line,The value stream analysis method and simulation model analysis method are used to summarize the problems of the production line such as long line change time,uneven pace of each process,and unreasonable workshop layout.Then,the improvement methods such as rapid line change improvement,two-handed operation analysis of industrial engineering are used to improve these problems,and the value flow chart is drawn,After verifying the necessity of increasing the capacity of temporary storage area,use Tecnomatix Plant simulation software and genetic algorithm to set the optimal capacity of temporary storage area for production line 3.Through the implementation of the improvement plan,the line change time has been shortened,the bottleneck process has been optimized,the production rhythm has been reduced,and the production capacity and balance of the production line have been improved.The production capacity of the production line 3has increased from 469 pieces before optimization to 847 pieces after optimization,and the balance rate of the production line has increased from 52.08% to 78.5% after improvement.The one-time pass rate of products,workshop layout Product inventory and production management have been greatly improved.The optimized value-added ratio also increased from 1.90% to 2.08%.
