Abstract/Summary:
As the manufacturing industry has entered the era of information and intelligence,the reform of the information industry has promoted the reform of the industrial industry.under the new situation,the manufacturing industry needs to use new methods and technologies to optimize the assembly line operation under the new era.Eliminate the unreasonable and uneconomical phenomenon in the assembly line,so that the pipelined production line can meet the needs of product quantity and quality in the new era.This thesis takes the M product production line of H Company as the research object,through the combination of IE and 0-1 integer programming and simulation to improve the balance rate of M product production line.First of all,it describes the research background and significance of this thesis,discusses the solutions to the production line balance problem at home and abroad,and conceptualizes the optimization methods used in the thesis.Secondly,the operation element time in M product process is measured in detail by using the seconds meter time measurement method,the operation standard time is calculated,the Any Logic simulation model before optimization is established,and the worker utilization rate of each workstation is obtained.According to the relevant indexes of production line balance and the data of simulation model,the current balance problem of M product production line is summarized.Thirdly,the technological process and procedure are optimized by IE method,and the bottleneck process is optimized by twohanded operation method and action economy principle.The 0-1 integer programming method is used to redivide the workstation job elements,and the Lingo software is used to solve the model.finally,the two optimization schemes are compared.after optimization,the balance rate of M product production line is improved from 61% to 85%.
