With the continuous development of information technology and mobile Internet scenarios,industrial production activities have gradually entered the era of the Industrial Internet.The boundary between industrial production networks and reality has gradually blurred.The information security risks facing industrial enterprises have increased dramatically.For example,the number of cyber attacks in 2017 increased by nearly 50%year-on-year,and in the first half of 2018,the number doubled year-on-year,and industrial Internet security issues attracted much attention.The 2019 Industrial Security Conference pointed out:With the continuous penetration of new technologies such as blockchain,edge computing,the Internet of Everything,and artificial intelligence into industrial production,cyber attacks on infrastructure,industrial control,and intelligent products have become new attacks on cyber security in various countries.Different from the rapid increase of Internet attacks,the defense in the field of industrial control security is always obviously passive and lagging:Because the industrial control software development process mostly adopts the traditional development model,there is no flexibility in the project development process;at the same time,due to the special nature of industrial control security software It also requires strict testing of itself,and this process is time-consuming,which has led to the lack of timely response of industrial control software to the new situation of network attacks.Based on the above situation,many companies in the traditional security field have begun to improve the progress of their projects from the perspective of project management and scrum development,in order to achieve the goal of rapid iteration while ensuring the quality of the project.This article from the perspective of project management progress management,taking company L as an example,it takes the route of finding problems,principle analysis,theoretical basis of proposed problems,solution design,practical application effects,summary shortcomings and prospects,and adopts theory and practice The combined method firstly talks about the theory of project management and agile development and the commonly used theories and tools for schedule management,and then analyzes the problems faced by the progress control of industrial control safety software,and analyzes the distribution of problems through theoretical models and methods of project management and other visual tools Find out the main problems;then design solutions to the above problems and form a set of solutions to the problems;through the implementation of the program,control,improve and optimize the progress of the project implementation process,and finally conclude a set suitable for industrial control safety projects Agile development model,and continue to develop and improve in subsequent production operations.In addition,this model also has great reference value for those industrial control safety manufacturers who still adopt the traditional development model and are in urgent need of transformation.
