| With the rapid development of network technology in China,the transformation of application software from digitalization to digital intelligence has become a common trend of software development.Therefore,Company Y believes that accelerating the transformation of digital intelligence is the basic support to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy,and has established a cloud service platform.The platform includes products in multiple fields,such as human resources,marketing,procurement,supply chain,project management,etc.This article is based on the perspective of project management software(hereinafter referred to as "project cloud")in the cloud service platform of Y Company to study the various problems encountered in the progress management of cloud service software development process and the various solutions summarized.Based on the real case of the project progress management cloud service software developed by the project cloud team,this paper records the various problems of project progress management encountered in the process of research and development,and adopts the literature research method,empirical research method,case study method,survey research method,inductive summary method,WBS work breakdown structure,Gantt chart,key chain method,Scrum agile development,The expert survey method is used to study and analyze the cloud software products of Y Company’s project.Analyze the problems of Y company in the progress management of cloud service product software.And through practice to revise and constantly change the strategy of project schedule management to make it suitable for the rhythm of the overall software development of Y Company.When sorting out the progress management problems of the project cloud in the R&D process,we adopted the literature research method and the investigation research method to obtain most of the R&D data of the project cloud team from its establishment to the present,as well as some of the original decision-making ideas.In the process of improving the project schedule management,the Scrum agile development model is referred to.And when re-planning the project duration,the key chain method is adopted and the concept of buffer zone is added.After many iterations and adjustments of improvement measures.Through the improvement of the project schedule management model,the problem of project cloud product schedule management has been significantly improved.It can be used as a reference for the progress management of software R&D in the same industry. |
