Construction Of The Information Demand Corpus For Public Health Emergencies

In recent years,public health emergencies occur frequently,and their uncertainty and destructiveness are very significant.In order to effectively deal with public health emergencies,the public needs to continuously obtain relevant information,which makes the public emergency information needs increasingly urgent,and the research of emergency information needs is also urgent.The research methods of information demand include interview,observation and questionnaire survey,but there are certain limitations to the public,fast and real-time demand.Big data automated acquisition technology can capture data from global information sources and analyze relevant information.As an important data resource in the automatic acquisition of big data technology,corpora will facilitate the systematic collection,collation and analysis of the public’s information needs in public health emergencies.Therefore,the research on the corpus of emergency information needs for public health emergencies is helpful to deeply understand the public’s attitude towards public health emergencies,and help to resolve the anxiety and uncertainty in public health emergencies.In this study,the text of information requirement corpus of related events is collected by web crawler method,and the initial corpus to be marked is obtained after the corpus is preprocessed.Secondly,part of the initial annotated corpus was extracted by random sampling,and the emergency information needs represented by the questioner through the corpus text were presented in the form of text by content analysis method.The relationship between the annotated categories after conceptualization and categorization was connected to construct the emergency information needs classification ontology.Thirdly,based on the classification ontology of emergency information needs,the classification and annotation of emergency information needs corpus are completed through manual annotation,and the construction of emergency information needs corpus is completed.Finally,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the public’s emergency information needs in public health emergencies,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for relevant departments to meet the public’s information needs timely and effectively.The results show that the public’s emergency information needs in public health emergencies include 4 primary categories,12 secondary categories and 68 tertiary categories.There are differences in the public health emergency information needs in different public health emergencies.Among diseases caused by biological pathogens,the public pays the most attention to emergency information in three aspects: medical level,prevention and treatment,and development status.In the case of food poisoning,the public pays most attention to three aspects of emergency information: common sense,medical treatment and medical level.In mass poisoning incidents,the public pays most attention to three aspects of emergency information: product selection,medical level and common sense.In natural disasters,the public pays most attention to emergency information in three aspects: life related,self-protection and event prevention.Therefore,in the face of different public health emergencies,relevant departments should take different countermeasures and measures.For example,in the face of diseases caused by biological pathogens,relevant departments should establish an official information release platform to accurately convey epidemic information,medical knowledge and preventive measures to the public;In the face of natural disasters,relevant departments need to strengthen the channels and means of information release as much as possible,using various media channels to ensure that the public timely access to relevant information.
