| Fresh produce is one of the most popular products that people consume on a regular basis, and with rising incomes and the pursuit of quality of life, the demand for fresh produce is on the rise. The new retail fresh produce e-commerce is customerfocused, with businesses optimising their product range and distribution according to different customer demographics, showing the characteristics of more variety and less volume, etc.Under this development prospect, major capitals have joined in,and there are a hundred different models, such as the distribution centre model, the supermarket-to-home model, the community group buying model, etc.Nowadays, the state calls for a low-carbon life, especially in cities with serious traffic congestion and pollution, but also in the optimization of the distribution network to coordinate to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction, but also through the full integration of resources, optimize the path to achieve energy saving,low-carbon life. This paper takes the cold chain LRP model as the research object, and firstly summarises the domestic and international research results on cold chain logistics, cold chain transport with customer satisfaction, green logistics and multi-objective optimisation, and then briefly describes the concepts of site selection,VRP problem,LRP problem, customer satisfaction, low carbon logistics and multi-objective optimisation solution algorithm involved in this paper,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the construction and solution of the model in this paper. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the model construction and solution. Then,we design an LRP model for a cold chain multi-distribution centre with the three objectives of minimum integrated cost, maximum customer satisfaction and minimum carbon emissions under new retailing. In order to optimize the three objectives simultaneously, the INSGA-III algorithm is improved and designed, and four test functions are used to test and compare the NSGA-II algorithm,NSGA-III algorithm and I-NSGA-III algorithm to prove the superior performance of the I-NSGA-III algorithm. Finally, the fresh food distribution scheme for the case of opening different number of distribution centres is derived through the analysis of the R company example. The text aims to achieve co-optimisation,energy saving, low carbon living and high customer satisfaction, while at the same time reducing corporate distribution costs. The model is also validated by example analysis, using an improved nondominated ranking genetic algorithm(I-NSGA-III)to find better results with selective open distribution centres. The model is used to provide some reference for the cold chain logistics distribution in the current retail environment. |
