In recent years,Tianmao,Jingdong has been deep into people's lives,many consumers have formed online shopping habits.The agricultural product is the point where the fresh electricity business is competing with each other.Fresh products require harsh preservation conditions,in addition,consumers are accustomed to selection and strict to delivery time.These reasons led to the traditional B2 C,C2C model are no longer suitable for the development of fresh electricity supplier.O2 O commerce of cold chain logistics effectively shortens the supply chain,providing consumers with experience of space,the last mile distribution more timely.O2 O commerce has been widely favored by consumers.However the O2 O commerce of cold chain logistics is facing with many problems,at the same time,the environment continues to deteriorate,"low-carbon economy" attracts more and more attention.The rapid increase in the number of private cars has also brought pressure on road traffic.Delivery delays due to traffic congestion have caused significant drop in consumer satisfaction.The choice of delivery time and delivery route has been greatly affected by traffic congestion issues.The article analyzes the reasons why the current delivery costs are too high in the model of O2 O fresh cold chain.The article takes the time window,the number of vehicles,delivery costs,the start time of vehicles,the reverse benefits of low-carbon and cold chain into account.A comprehensive analysis of the cost structure focuses on the impact of traffic congestion on O2 O distribution costs and route selection.According to different traffic congestion index return to different driving speed.Taking the minimum total cost as the objective function,we repeatedly test and select the appropriate parameters and solve them with ACA and PSO.Finally,using one-day distribution data of an O2 O e-commerce in Beijing for simulation analysis.It proves the necessity of considering congestion and validates the validity of the model and algorithm,providing references for the optimization of fresh distribution routes in related industries.
