With the rapid economic development, the quality of life of residents has improved, consumer demand has become more diversified, and the demand for fresh agricultural products has also increased sharply.Because fresh agricultural products are perishable and difficult to store at room temperature, cold chain technology and equipment are required to ensure a low-temperature storage environment during the distribution process.Cold chain logistics distribution is the link with high costs and the most energy consumption.During the distribution process, vehicle driving and refrigeration systems will consume a certain amount of fuel, causing serious environmental pollution problems. Therefore,in the cold chain logistics and distribution process, not only must the distribution cost be reduced, but also the environmental problems caused by it must be avoided as much as possible.Based on the literature review at home and abroad, this article first analyzes the characteristics of cold chain logistics and distribution of fresh agricultural products.Secondly,it explores the environmental issues in the process of fresh agricultural product distribution to provide a theoretical basis for constructing the model.Based on the above analysis,a multi-objective cold chain distribution route optimization model with the smallest cost and carbon emissions is constructed.Costs include fixed costs, transportation costs, cargo damage costs, refrigeration costs, and penalty costs.Carbon emissions include refrigerated vehicle fuel consumption and The consumption of cooling capacity takes into account the constraint conditions such as the driver’s driving time constraint, vehicle usage constraint and satisfaction degree. When solving, the AHP-EW fusion technology is used to calculate the weight of carbon emissions and cost, and on this basis, the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the calculation using Matlab2016 programming software. Finally, taking a distribution center as an example,on the premise of clarifying the distance and demand of each demand point,we can solve the distribution path that only considers cost as a single goal and simultaneously considers cost and carbon emissions as multiple goals. The single-objective and multi-objective optimization results are compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the delivery routes after single-objective optimization and multi-objective optimization are better than the existing delivery routes. At the same time,it puts forward suggestions for the development of the distribution center. The distribution center should reasonably arrange the distribution route during the distribution to reduce the distribution cost;rationally arrange the refrigerated truck to increase its full load rate;improve the level of distribution service and enhance its own competitiveness.
