Red cultural resources are a kind of special historical and cultural resources.The reading and promotion of red cultural resources in libraries plays an important guiding role in enhancing cultural confidence,enhancing national identity and promoting social stability and development.In recent years,under the call of President Xi Jinping to "carry forward the red culture and inherit the red gene",some achievements have been made in the construction of the red special collection of the library,but there are also some weak points.For example,some special red collection activities in some libraries have not achieved the expected results,and have not played an ideal role in publicizing the red culture and inheriting the red spirit.In the final analysis,they have not accurately captured the concerns of users.The service object of the red special collection of the library is the vast number of users.Therefore,it is very important to understand the user’s satisfaction with the red special collection and study the factors that affect the user’s satisfaction with the red special collection of the library to improve the quality and service level of the red special collection of the library.This paper first surveys and sorts out the current research situation of the red special collection of the library,combines the relevant theories of the red special collection of the library and the relevant overview of user satisfaction,conducts a semistructured interview with 30 readers and 6 civil librarians,and extracts the influencing factors of user satisfaction of the red special collection of the library based on the grounded theory.Based on the extraction of influencing factors,a hypothesis model is constructed and a questionnaire is designed.Taking the readers of Jiangxi Red Library as the research object,234 valid questionnaires are distributed and collected.The path analysis is carried out using structural equation model and AMOS21.0 tool.The results show that librarian service and theme activities have a positive impact on value perception,while value perception,special collection resources and space environment have a positive impact on service satisfaction.Therefore,it is possible to enhance value perception by improving librarian services and increasing theme activities,thereby improving service satisfaction.Finally,it puts forward relevant optimization suggestions in order to further improve the user satisfaction of the red special collection of the library.
